When you had been abused the one thing that we need to remember to harvest life gracefully is that the abuser cannot take away who we are. We need to hang onto our beliefs, and values and continue to respond to what our belief system tells us to do.
The abuser assaulted our body or even assaulted us mentally through verbal and emotional abuse. The abuser probably told us we are nothing and will always be nothing. Our souls know better we do have the power to not believe what our abusers said or done to us.
It is so important to listen to your soul.
The abuser had power over our body and had power by throwing degrading words at us. But the abuser does not have the power to take away who we are as a person. Believe this and act as if you do believe this. When you act as if you believe, this is a way to empower yourself.
Remember, we are here to learn how to harvest life gracefully!!!!
